The Coimbatore College of Pharmacy in Erode was founded in the year of 1980. This College has the distinction of being the secound in the series of Private Institutions Permitted by the Government of Tamilnadu to impart Pharmacy Education in the State. the College has been approved by the Government of Tamilnadu through its Order No.M.S.2006, Dated 13.10.82 and it has also been recognised by the Pharmacy Council of india, New Delhi, Dated 28.12.84, 17 - 1 / 84 - PCI / 11716 - 11915.
